Returns & exchanges

Both are possible: return a piece for a refund, or exchange it for another size or colour — within 3 days of receiving it.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

Delivery fees apply twice for an exchange — once to send the item back to us, and once to send you the new piece. If the size or colour you want is unavailable, we will contact you to find an alternative.

Returns

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, under the same conditions. Return delivery is the customer's responsibility. Once the piece reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is sent via Whish Money.

Good to know

• Requests after the 3-day window cannot be accepted.
• Pieces that are worn, washed, stained, altered or missing tags may be refused.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
