Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us.
• Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it passes our quality inspection and shows no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations, your return will be approved.

Approved refunds will be sent via Whish Money using the information provided by the customer.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us.
• Shipping fees apply TWICE, for returning the item and to send the new package again.
  

After we receive and inspect the item, and confirm it is in its original condition, we will ship your replacement item.

Please note that delivery fees apply again when sending the replacement package.

Important Notes

• Requests made after the 3-day return/exchange period cannot be accepted.
• Items that are damaged, worn, washed, stained, altered, or missing their original tags may be rejected.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
