We collect only what we need to deliver your order and look after you: your name, phone number, email and delivery address.

When you start checkout, the contact details you type are saved so we can help if something goes wrong before you finish your order.

If you join our email list, we keep your email to tell you about new pieces and give you a one-time welcome code. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

We use this information to confirm and deliver your order, handle exchanges, and — only if you opted in — tell you about new collections. We never sell or share it, except with the courier delivering your order.

We measure visits to this site with our own anonymous analytics, with the Meta pixel (which helps us show our ads to the right people) and with Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling) so we can improve them — form fields are masked.
