🔁 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only under specific conditions. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Exchanges are limited to size changes of the same item and color — no item swaps or color changes are allowed.

📬 Exchange Process

Customers must deliver the original item back to us. The product will be inspected by Anfal to confirm it’s unworn, undamaged, and includes all original packaging. If approved, we will deliver the new size. If not approved, we will return the original item to the customer. Please note that delivery fees will apply.
